כחלק מהפעילות הלימודית השוטפת אנחנו מקיימים תכניות למידה שכוללות ביקורים במוזיאונים, באתרים היסטוריים ועוד, מתוך אמונה כי הלמידה לא צריכה להתקיים רק בבית הספר, אלא בכל מקום ובכל זמן. כך נוכל לטפח תלמידים סקרנים שחוקרים את סביבתם.
אלו מקצת הפעילויות שהתקיימו:
- בחודש דצמבר התקיים יום עיון לשכבות ט' – יא' במרכז יצחק רבין. בביקור התקיימו מעגלי שיח שעסקו בשסעים בחברה הישראלית. היה מרתק לשמוע את דור העתיד מדבר על עצמו ועל החברה הישראלית. בימים כאלה אנחנו מבינים כמה אפשר ללמוד מהתלמידים.
- בחודש ינואר ביקרו שכבות ט' ו-י' בתערוכה 'עדות מקומית', שמוצגת במוזיאון ארץ ישראל, תל-אביב. בתערוכה נחשפו התלמידים לסוגיות חברתיות ותרבותיות שהתרחשו במדינת ישראל בשנה האחרונה.
